"Me and my boyfriend visited Marktküche and believe this was the best (vegan dinner we have ever had. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to the end. The food was extraordinarily tasty and we experienced surprising tastes and sensations in every course. Our whole experience started with the herb butter, which my boyfriend doubted to be vegan (this is how good it was! . We ordered the 6-course menu and believe this was perfect in terms of quantity and experience. We wouldn't go for less courses because the experience is simply too amazing and each additional dish made us incrementally happy. We also had the wine pairing which was perfectly matched to our dishes. Because we are both vegan, it was especially nice to experience a surprise tasting that usually lives from slow-cooked high-quality meat and fish creations. In my opinion, this was even better than any surprise tasting I had before I turned vegan. On a side note, the restaurant is located at the corner of a street and life was busy around us (bikes, people walking , yet, not loud or annoying to the experience. In fact, we especially loved this location and coziness/ relaxed atmosphere it brought us. Similarly, the whole team was extremely friendly and open for a chat. We really enjoyed this uncomplicated, homely atmosphere of such a fancy place, while still following the restaurant etiquette but adjusting to the guests needs. This is a really unique place. This is for all foodies, regardless of their diet!! We will definitely come back when we visit Zurich the next time."

"This restaurant is inexpensive for Switzerland and is really good quality. The owner is super nice and checked up on us more than once. My boyfriend got the wings and burger and I got the chicken tenders and we both loved it."

"Great gelato and sorbets in Zürich! Don't be discouraged by the queue. It moves pretty quickly! I think the prices are fair for the area and the portions are not too small. They have many interesting flavors and vegan (sorbets) choices. The fruit sorbets don't taste artificial at all, which is always a nice thing!"

"Flavorful authentic Indian food, with good ‘value for money’ ratio. We tried a few dishes. The only 2 comments are: the lamb skewers were not to our taste (won’t order again), and the fried food was too greasy."

"I would probably be a regular guest there, because Irchelpark is a wonderful spot in Zürich. And I tried several times to spend a nice evening there (because of new restaurant owners I expected to get a better service each time... but it's honestly the most unfriendly and unprofessional restaurant I've ever been to! As an expamle: Last time I wanted to spend the Swiss national holiday there with my family. We've made reservations (not only by phone but went there a couple of days before and could even choose a table to reserve But when we arrived on 1st of august our table and ever other table was already taken (we weren't delayed! . That's just a random example out of all the things that went wrong. My advise: dont go there. Take a picknick with you and sit outside in Irchelpark you will enjoy it much more that way."

"I have been living for 3 years in Zurich and this place was one of my favorites to come with my boyfriend. But for the past few months the service, especially at the front desk became really bad. Just rude hosts. And not willing to listen or help you. It’s sad because the pizza is amazing and some service stuff truly puts their soul into it. I hope they change the attitude of some of the service people. Sad to see a business being getting affected by rude employees."
