"Four of us descended on La Gondola for Saturday lunch to celebrate a birthday. Arriving just before 14.00, the bar area was packed and luckily there was a table available for us in the restaurant. This venue is very popular with the local Spanish which is always a good sign. Predominantly an Italian Restaurant, there is a vast selection of pasta and pizzas on the menu, together a good selection of Spanish fare too. Despite being very busy, service was excellent and professional and the food was of generous portions and very well cooked. The restaurant also has a good selection of wines at a reasonable price. If you are visiting Baza this is an excellent choice for good wholesome food and good value for money. We will certainly return."
