"We ate here whilst on holiday in the area. We rang on the Saturday to book for Sunday lunch, the time wasn’t important to us as we could plan around it, they were fully booked but squeezed us in just before they were suppose to open. Amazing customer service, staff very friendly with a great menu even for our picky teen! Food was of an excellent standard."

"An unforgettable fine dining experience. I wasn’t sure about taking my teenage boys, but the whole experience absolutely won them over, my youngest even tried and enjoyed ducks heart ravioli. The food here is as sensational as the location. Absolutely nothing but praise for this restaurant."

"Came to Bridport Arms for lunch while doing a quick visit to some filming sites in the area. Popped in and was seated immediately. Got myself a classic Fish Chips. Fish was well cooked and a good sized portion. Chips were delicious. Very good vibes in the restaurant. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Service: 5 Location: 5"

"My sister and myself walked to this pub from Hive Beach, as soon as we stepped through the door we felt welcomed. We were met by the man at the bar who happily sorted out us having our food earlier and was attentive both with drinks and coming out to us for more information on the table. We both ordered a roast dinner, sitting in their beautiful garden area with plenty of seating, the vibe was lovely, even though it was an Easter Sunday you could tell the people their were a mixture of locals and tourist which is nice. Our food, as you can see from the pictures did not disappoint in size, but most importantly with flavour, the waitresses were again attentive, friendly and polite! I don't often give reviews but when you find a local spot like this, they deserve it :"

"Very welcoming staff. Lovely view. We ordered mussels from today’s specials menu. Unfortunately the waitress hadn’t realised they only had one main portion left and we were happy to share what they had and they gave us free fries. A lovely touch. The Taunton cider...was excellent too."
