"Absolutely beautiful. the inn has a bar area with some different rooms that all felt comfortable, and a really well furnished and cozy restaurant area. the staff was friendly and the lady who served us for the evening was quite quirky on a good way that added an additional level of ease to the evening. I have the feeling right away that she was proud of her work and would do her best to serve us in any way she could. the food was made clear all fresh and was really delicious, especially the brownie. the music was cooled and not overloaded, and there is a parking space for easy parking."

"Had a lovely.one night stay on out way to Cropredy. The room was great and we loved the private patio area we could sit out in. The food was great and so was the beer. Made very welcome, will definitely stay again"

"Why have we not stopped here before? We will definitely be back! Relaxed atmosphere, good choice of real ales and wines, soft drink free refills, excellent menu. We opted for the specialist burgers which were obviously made from scratch and cooked to order served with home made accompaniments. How often do you hear the phrase how would you like your burgers cooked ? Well worth the drive down from Coventry."

"I was in the village from 2013 until 2018. Pub changed hands a few times. Well, from now, the pub is excellent. New bar maid is excellent. Been a few times. It's nice to see the pub in good hands.
