"Although this is a restaurant located within a hotel complex at Gatwick airport with a high throughput the standard of service and food was an acceptable standard, except there was a long delay after we had finished our main course precluding us from being interested in ordering either a pudding or coffee."

"Stopped here for lunch after my Covid jab at the hospital. Quite a way from home, so decided to have a break before driving home. Had a very nice ham and cheese sandwich and good coffee. Served with a smile."

"Ordered this to the hotel we stayed at and was delivered as stated on time which ment the food was warm. However the Bhuna was bland and tasteless. Not even a pinch of spice. I thought i had covid because i tasted the roghan josh next and it was the same result. Forget spice, this dish had never experienced salt! Then the korma was last and thank goodness i ate it last as ut was sweeter than Solly's icecream! It tasted like dessert. Good point, the meat was tender, the naan was soft and warm. Improvements, either discover what garam masala, red chili powder and salt are used for, or supply it with the delivery."

"Very nice takeaway, slightly more expenisive than your average kebab £28 for two of us), but very well cooked and served with rice in addition to the normal salad and pitta bread. Ephesus is located in a small parade of shops in Tilgate and there is easy parking outside for visiting the restaurant or collecting a take away. Staff were friendly and helpful, seasoning of the kebab meat platter was perfect and rice was flavourful and perfectly cooked. I would say for sure, that this is the best Turkish restaurant for overall quality and value in the area, so if you have not already been, its well worth a visit takeaway review)."
