"Lovely pub, excellent food. We had lamb shank with thyme mash, and this was just wonderful. Service was quick despite it being busy. Friendly staff and good, warm, cosy atmosphere."

"Firstly, the woman who ‘helped’ us was incredibly patronising. She refused to serve us via till as it was supposedly policy, then not even ten minutes later an employee called Sam uses said till to put his food through and pay via card, although we had to use the self-service. Wasn’t happy and the food was cold, in the time we were there about five orders were messed up; and the excuse of being understaffed was used when in fact there were too many of them on if anything."

"Last time I ordered here I swore I would never order again but I'm a sucker for keep trying it with the hope that they get it right just once! I'm vegetarian so the menu is small for me, I usually go for the Quorn burger with no Mayo (don't like) and pay the extra 50p for the cheese. Out of half a dozen orders, I've paid extra for the cheese, and it hasn't been put on, (every time)!!!! So, it is a very over cooked Quorn burger in bread (like eating cardboard) and the odd time they have drown it with MAYO even though I ask for no mayo"

"I have just visited Costa with a friend. We ordered two black forest hot chocolates, no cream left, really you make hot drinks for a living. My friend asked if she could have marshmallows instead of the cream, no was the answer. Disappointed in the visit ."
