"I have been here before and really enjoy it. The food is outstanding. My husband had potato skins for starter and I had the black pudding. He had Alfredo pasta for main and I had the Cajun chicken. It was outstanding as it was before. The service was quick and the food nice and hot. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because I actually fainted in the restaurant as I was really hot. Not one member of staff came to help my husband. It was another customer who helped him pick me up and got me a chair. The only member of staff next to us was standing waiting for payment. I’m sorry but if a customer has an accident I would have thought they would be your first priority. I was not drunk, i had one alcoholic drink and a Diet Coke. Once outside I was fine as I cooled down and we went elsewhere. The whole of my right side is covered in bruises from the step. Come on Fabios get your priorities right."

"We visited on a Saturday lunchtime. The restaurant is under new management. They have done a great job on the refurbishment and both the food and service we received were excellent. I can highly recommend the pizzas, which come on a thin base delicious! The happy hour is great value too we will certainly be returning! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"If I could give this a 10 I would. Menu contains all that is required from a Chinese takeaway, the place is immaculately clean every time I go in. The food is prepared with care and so pleasing that flavour enhancers are thankfully absent. Prawns cooked to perfection and all very fresh, even the prawn crackers are crisp and not oily. I can see why the Sunrise has been a local favourite for so many years. Thank You"

"Went for Sunday lunch which was OK but nothing spectacular. We both had roast turkey, mine came with parsnips but no carrots and the other came with carrots but no parsnips. Quite a long wait for our meals too. At £10.95 it's not expensive however. They only would accept reservations up to 12:30, walk ins only after. It was very busy when we were there.
