"As always when you go to the Brewery you know the food and service are going to be great. Well our Christmas treat was no different and all 7 of our party, including 6&9 years old granddaughters, had a lovely evening. John and Steve are great hosts, terrific with the girls, and the rest of the team are just so welcoming with nothing too much trouble. Most of us chose from the special Christmas menu and enjoyed our meals, but special mention must go to the lobster sauce on the cod loin that was just delicious. With handshakes and hugs on departure along with some sweets for the girls it was a memorable night for us all. Thank you again guys and see you all soon."

"Friendly entertaining service. Owner has a good taste in music wouldn’t let me ‘pollute’ my loose leaf tea with milk—fair enough. Excellent breakfast ‘sandwiches’ for lunch while I did some work. In fact, the descriptor of sandwich doesn’t do it justice. Found it by chance because usual Pembroke café haunt was closed. Next time I’m in the area I’m looking forward to visiting here again. Highly recommended."

"We walked past this cafe and thought it would be an excellent choice for a drink and sandwich. The actual quality of the food was very average and nothing special. Therefore I was expecting average prices. My mistake for not thoroughly checking the menu prices. The cost of the drinks and food was totally overpriced and I will check out other cafes in future."

"Came to The Ferry Inn for a New Year’s Eve meal whilst staying in the Little Retreat in Lawrenny. Called for last minute reservation, very accommodating, and attentive. Meal sizes were large portions and extremely good value for money. Staff were very friendly and we would highly recommend! This pub is dog friendly."

"We were welcome at 2.55 clock when they closed the kitchen at 15 o'clock. this did not seem too much annoying, service was very friendly and eating very tasty. it was clear that everything was homemade and cooked with carefree. it was also a very beautiful view of the castle, perfect place to stay after the visit."

"After I have eaten over 120 different brands of fish and chips in very narrow land, I must say that this is the best I ever had. the chips were perfect, crispy, hot and soft on the inside. the fish was not so crispy that the whole cratzer came off, he was crispy at the right texture. it's pretty cheap! I ask a certain 100/10! if they are ever close, I strongly recommend to try some."
