"Have visited jesters for my daily coffee and breakfast . Food is always decent and staff are always welcoming . Offer a takeaway service as well as a decent Sunday dinner of which you can book a table in advance . The same goes for if a table is needed in the week."

"Have been sitting here a few weeks back, staff very friendly, although one is serving for eating and forget a dish. eating was typical homemade product. nice and fresh, but I thought expensive for what it was. for sirloin as an example. not bad, but certainly not worth a star"

"After a walk past the park. sat outside with our two dogs. very friendly staff, we chose sandwiches that were delicious and served with many extras. very good prices too. we're coming back!"

"I was decided by this place by a friend so to go with milly our labradoodle on a sunny Sunday afternoon afternoon. we were served by beautiful staff who were friendly and polite. the food is all freshly made, the menu well and the homemade cakes for dying, I chose the toffee apple that was really cumbersome. now, so a visit and will definitely recommend it to others and will go again very soon"

"Went for afternoon tea and to be honest was bitterly disappointed.the ingredients were cheap and tacky.we had 1 scone between 2 people that was so doughy not very nice at all,2 tiny mince pies 2 slices of malt loaf that was really chewy 2 slices of brooch that was so dry, the clotted cream was very bland and when it came to the sandwiches it was like something you would serve at a kids party.tuna,cheese and chutney and ham and mustard. waited for ages as there was Xmas party in fact we had drunk the tea and coffee long before the food arrived service was not very good, had to go to the bar to pay when we had finished as we never saw anyone.for the price that was charged it was terrible, wouldnt recommend this to anyone"

"Hmmmm, slightly disappointed. The food lacked a depth of flavour and was somewhat uninspiring. On a positive note the food was well cooked (hot) and the quantity was really good."
