"A visit to North Clare is not complete without a visit to Linnane's Lobster Bar in majestic New Quay. I have had this restaurant on my bucket list for quite some time and it was as I had anticipated a most delightful experience. Excellent food with a great choice of menu along with caring and friendly service is a great feature of Linnane's. The view overlooking opposite Aughinish Island on the clear and tranquil waters of Galway Bay is soothing for the soul. The establishment caters for the modern visitor although I am very conscious of a much older place that is steeped in history and tradition. Linnane's Lobster Bar is well marked and signed on the main N67 Ballyvaughan to Kinvara Road. It is an ideal place to stop and refresh for people either entering or leaving County Clare. The Wild Atlantic Way Discovery Point, The Flaggy Shore is situated very close to Linnane's. For people exploring the Cliff Coast Coast section on the much famed Wild Atlantic Way, the aforementioned point will either be the first or last stop on this route. All in all Linnane's Lobster Bar is one place not to be missed and I certainly look forward to many more times ahead to visit there. Very Best Wishes."
