"Great food at sensible prices. We had Ploughman's with pork pie and Ploughman's with pate. We were also greedy and had a portion of chips. Couldn't eat it all."

"The decor is awesome and I'm French, so I really wanted to love this apres-ski experience. Unfortunately, food took forever to arrive (though couple who arrived just before us got served pretty quickly and the couple who arrived minutes after us got theirs at...the same time as us). The table next to us also took ages to get served even though they all had roast, which you'd usual expect for most of it to be pretty much ready to serve before service starts. When we got served, what was meant to be the vegan polenta chips was actually the veggie version with goat's cheese. Chef's mistake apparently. I ate it anyway as didn't want it to go to waste. They offered free drinks to apologise. My partner's lamb roast was over cooked and very fatty. Red cabbage was really good but the rest was just ok. We won't come back, shame, as it's got potential."

"I popped in for a bite. I chose their fish pie at £25.95. and a lemonade. I was alone in the restaurant and it was lovely. The fish pie came served on a wooden plate with dishes. I've never been a lover of wooden plates, but that's just my taste. I am very aware of the price of fish as I work with fishermen. However, I felt it was overpriced. If you're looking for delicious food and money is not an issue then go here. I felt £33.95 for a lemonade and a small portion was a lot and a service charge I didn't expect."

"Lovely spot! They made such a good effort to get us in at the last minute. We had our dog with us, and they accommodated him really well (as he is quite long being a greyhound). Food was exceptional too- loved the croquetas and the cheesecake!"

"We spend time in italia so always compare, but our meal was absolutely perfect. the bruschetta and scallop avocado appetizers were served in good time and delicious. short break, while we listened to Italian music at the right band and a beautiful red...wine the cook cooks the food in the restaurant, so the smell and atmosphere were fantastic. in general were lamb cuts, a great amount of meat on them, and the heavy fish that my man said was the best meal he had in the old. dessert when they have rooms that I don't hate and cookies. we loved our evening and will be back."
