"My friend and I visited this restaurant on recommendation from my sister. We went there instead of my usual choice. We only saw from the front door to an almost immediate table so I cannot comment on the rest of the restaurant. What we saw...was nice. It was very clean. They were busy which we took as a good sign We were served quite quickly but the glasses of soft drink were not full and only one had the ice requested and it was sent for ice and top up We ordered only a main but my friend had poppadums. The staff were under quite a bit of pressure as they had a group of young men to serve. They were quite loud and a little overpowering. They swore quite a lot and quite loudly. Frankly, I did want to just eat and go I ordered a main I have never tried before with rice and a bread. My friend ordered what she would normally have with a rice and bread When the dishes arrived they were quite small. The rice especially so. My friend requested the sauce of her dish to be thickened as it was almost a soup. She was very disappointed. She told me to start so my food did not get cold while she waited I felt upset as my friend was visiting for the weekend and neither of us eat out so much anymore When her main was brought back it was only slightly thickened and she declined further intervention as I was over halfway through by now Neither of us were impressed and I have said we will not go again I honestly think they were under so much pressure with the table of they were just trying to get people in and out My friend commented their customer service was questionable as the focus was on that table and others were almost an afterthought. There was no apology for the noise and their behaviour, which most definitely would have made a difference I won’t be eating there again"
