"After the COVID period, one could say the owner would have done all in his power to make some money. I don' t remember what I ordered first, only to find out 30 minutes later they were out. Well, sometimes this happens. Not very nice it took half an hour, but it is what it is. I made my backup order, and guess what, 20 minutes later I found out they were out of it too. At this moment I cancelled my orders and I started to eat bread. The rest of my group got, more or less, what they ordered after more than 90 minutes. Including some drinks they were out too and we found out the owner went to Selgros to buy some more. On our time, of course. All and all, probably the worst experience ever. Oh, and it was my mother's 85th birthday. A moment to cherish.LE As a comment to the owner's answer below, yes, I confirm it is about Phoenix Cernica, we had a reservation and it was on July 18 2021, 19:00 hours. I asked my wife as she always remembers stuff, I ordered beef and the drink I talked about is Aperol."

"Gorgeous location, decorations, tables, chairs etc, fabulous. But, here's a big one too, the food is terribly bad. I attended a wedding and everything they served was terribly bad, the appetizers were either tasteless or had a terrible taste, and I wasn't the only one, nobody even touched them, they served some extremely fat. What I liked was the fish, unfortunately I can't comment on the steaks because I didn't stay long enough to try them. But even so, I would only go back there if the mood changes. One more mention of the road to get there and the parking lots, practically from the main street to the restaurant I have a construction site road with no parking spaces, I parked in the mud, especially since it was raining that day, imagine what clean shoes I had that day noon.
