"I was excited to try this place as it was part of the crab club and I had tried crazy crab earlier in the week an it was delicious. When I arrived with no reservations I was seated quickly. I was asked if I wanted to sit outside and I said sure only to be seated outside in a hallway or something. I was not able to see anything but the bar that was between me and outside. That was okay as I as I could watch the football games. I sat there for about 12 minutes before the bartender can over and asked if I had been helped. I told her no. She brought me some water and was nice to take my order. I wished I had gone back to crazy crab as the food at Carolina Crab Co. had no flavor not even butter or salt that may have helped. I understand that everyone talks about being short staff but this was not the case as staff were chatting. I did let the young lady know that I appreciate that she notice I had not been helped and came over take my order. I also left her a nice tip. I am a very patient person and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Better customer service is needed or else you wont have customers. I enjoy trying new place and revisit others not just for good food but great customer service."

"Food is was good and the views were beautiful. Wait was only about 25 minutes at 5:30p for dinner. They were BUSY though but kept things moving. Deviled Crab Balls were amazing, crab legs fantastic, peel and eat shrimp was ok (had better), but their Sushi was very good. Well worth the trip and price tag wasn't horrible either!"

"Requested 'outside' dinning. Outdoor area had heavy plastic side curtains up, so not exactly open air. Tables were not apart, although not all occupied.Server was pleasant and efficient. Shrimp grits were excellent. Wife ordered a steak 'medium'. Server came right over and asked her to cut into it as the server thought it came out too quickely to be the proper temperature. She was correct, as it was bloody red in the middle. She took it back to the kitchen and when it came back out it was still very red in the middle. She said she would send over the manager the manager never came to see us but did take off the steak.Watched as another table emptied. The busboy cleaned the top of the table, period. Did not wipe down the chairs as one would expect with extra covid cleaning precautions. Would still recommend Wise Guys, good food or a fair price, but expected a little more in the way of covid extra steps and still waiting to hear from the manager"

"Absolutely loved our first experience here! Will be back soon...with the rest of the family! Appetizer of shrimp cocktail was perfect size; kinda hard to maneuver into the sauce as the metal cup is a little big for the dish, but loved it just the same. With such a big selection there is something on the menu for even the pickiest of eaters. I definitely recommend the rice WITH the beans on top for a flavorful side you 'd probably wanna do at home from then on!"

"The food was exceptionally fresh! Oysters were fresh and buttery. The Neptune fresh grill was awesome! Blackened was delicious. Also our friends had the same dish but fried. Excellent. Crab cakes were perfect. More crab than filler. That’s what makes a crab cake perfect. Staff is awesome!"
