"I picked up a large $225 pie order for my office to celebrate Pi Day today (order was placed ahead/last week and was unfortunately disappointed. While some of the flavor is there on some of the pies like I had remembered from trying them in store with friends in months and years past, several of the pies are super lackluster and even look nothing like when you order/eat them in store or even see them online.Maybe they rushed it and had to take short cuts due to the large volume needed for Pi Day I'm not sure. I know its a super busy day for pie shops everywhere. That said, even at opening first thing the place was a disorganized hot mess, and the poor two hardworking counter staffers were slammed without any help or support from whom appeared to be the manager (a dark haired man milling around the store wearing a Pie Hole shirt casually looking at his phone/emails/texts while the two employees were scrambling . There were also people working in back that probably could have lent a hand temporarily? I felt terrible for the two counter staff as the operational issues and absence of adequate staffing for the day is a lack of leadership/management issue and it wasn't their fault at all. My order not only wasn't ready, but I waited over 20 mins for them to box up the pies (not labeled either? , only to find out when they handed them over that they also hadn't pre sliced them as requested (they had asked if I wanted them pre sliced and I said yes when ordering . I couldn't wait any longer to have them unboxed then sliced so I left.Not only were the poor staffers overwhelmed, but there were other patrons standing in line with me, some for over 20 minutes, just to wait to order coffee or a slice of pie, and they too were scratching their heads at seeing no one at the register for more than 10 15 minutes as the two poor counter staffers were busting their butts scrambling to fill orders.I really hope they get some more help (and most of all operational leadership in this store as I love shopping local and supporting stores like The Pie Hole, but at $40 a pie its tough to justify when the experience was lackluster."

I either order tacos or enchiladas. The accompaniments of rice and beans, round out the plate, making it very filling.My order arrived fresh and hot. The chicken protein with the red sauce was great together. I especially like Wahoo's white rice.
