“The 313” — Detroit Style from Slice Project

Slice Project is in Watsonville, CA. I’ve been trying to find a great example of Detroit style in the Bay Area (CA) and this is the latest one. Overall great pizza - I would’ve enjoyed more Parmesan on the edges and a more even distribution of sauce.

Have you tried Cellarmaker in the Mission in SF? Or Golden Boy in North Beach? I’ve yet to try either but they both bill themselves as offering Detroit Style. I’ll have to check out this one as well.
