"Mediterranean pizza and meatless pepperoni pizza was so delicious , ordered for my co workers everyone enjoyed it , the crust was perfect and the pizza itself with the yummy toppings ; we loved it , will be ordering it again and thank you for the person who took my order , she was very nice and patience ??"

"How to ruin a person’s appetite!I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and one cheddar habanero sauce. (Easy enough right)When the dip arrived it had a manufacturing defect and was open.After calling dominos (literally like two seconds after they dropped it off) they said they can put a credit for “next time I order” I told them I don’t want a credit as it’s not likely I will be ordering from them again. I wanted a new dip or a refund for the dip. The lady I spoke to said the driver would bring me a new dip.After an hour of waiting for a new dip a man called me and said they’re super busy and want to issue me a refund instead.One star because the communication and customer service was terrible."

"Ordered online for a scheduled pickup. Got there to pick it up at the designated time. Said name for p/u, paid for an order and was told it would be a minute. Fast forward 5ish mins later when another employee asks if I 've been helped. Tell them i paid for it and was told it would be a minute. Then the employees gather and talk, and all agree that there is no order for me there. I reply so who 's order did i just pay for? . I ask how long if i order it again now, they credited the difference from whoever 's order i payed for, then charged me full pop, made me wait another 15 mins (now 25 mins after scheduled p/u) and didn 't offer anything for the inconvenience or even admit that the error was theirs. I usually don 't order from this location as I 've always found they seem to skimp a bit. From now on i will not support this franchise of Panago pizza"

"Absolutely terrible service. I ordered six wings, they ran out of wings, so threw in two chicken balls and a bullet of meatless bones! They did not call to inform me that I would not have accepted her decision on substitution. I called to complain and the girl, was rude and we were too busy to call you to let you know and told me she would call back and not. I waited 45 minutes, called back and said she had already left. I left a message that the manager called me the next day and no call was returned. I called back the location and was told that the manager was not in and they don't know when it will be. I asked who took my order and was her name Roo, said she closed this night, so I was lied. I left another message for the manager, the 's name seems Jenny and now it's been 3 days and no call back, so next I call the main office in Calgary. On a previous order, I had the delivery person (female) a tip! I couldn't believe it. I never told her that. Called the manager. I have found that the quality of food and service is absolutely terrible. I'll never order them again."
