"If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been here multiple times and it has always been the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I only go here because it is one of the few places with plant based options past 10pm. Every time I go, I amgreeted by a person who never seems to know how to work the cash and I always have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for a singlesandwich. Today was the final straw when I ordered a plant based chicken sandwich at 9pm and was told they didn?t have themanymore. When I asked when they stopped, the person at the counter not only could not answer my question, but barely gave me afull sentence. I left and accepted that the sandwich was discontinued. Out of curiosity, when I got home (10 minutes later) Ichecked Uber eats to see if the sandwich was gone. It was still there! At the same location I was just at! I ordered it andreceived it! Why did they lie to me? I called to complain and they transferred me around and could not answer my question ortake accountability. He tried to tell me they might have received an order at 9pm at night, as if that how it works. I amfrustrated but more so confused at the absolute incompetence at this location. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. I willnever go back there, I?d rather walk to 20 minutes to Subway."

"WORST RSTAURANT IN HALIFAXI ordered food from Pizza Pizza (Mumford location). The staff over there is so rude. They didn’t make the order and when the uber delivery guy came to pickup the order, they refused to give him the order. Moreover, they didn’t even cancel the order because of which my money got stuck with uber. 3 drivers went to the restaurant and the staff sent them back without the order.This is the worst experience I have got with any restaurant. I give never recommend this location to anyone. I spent money for food that I didn’t get.WORST RSTAURANT IN HALIFAX"

"Werid customers. Had a bad experience here this time around. Way to much sauce, cut incorrectly so that everything feel out of the sub, and the presentation was not good. Also the drink machine gave me water instead of the strawberry juice I selected."

"Great place!. Freeman's is a great little restaurant/bar that I like go to often. My friends and I go almost every friday, and have always had great service. The menu does not have a huge choice but if you are hungry for awesome burgers or a nicely cooked thin crust pizza this place will not disappoint. Of anything it is a well stocked bar menu with a few rarities that you normally wouldn't find in a bar .Also, try the haddock..... it is exactly what I look for when ordering a haddock dish. No complaints!!!!!!<br/ <br/ Just remember when reading reviews that people don't normally review a place unless they are so utterly disappointed with it that they feel they must share it to the world and sometimes, pretentious or presumptuous douch-bags are impossible to please..take it from a former server. Im talking about those people that go to a restaurant expecting a steak , and if it is not on the menu it becomes the worst place in the world."
