The pizza alone is why I love going there, delicious crust and topping options (not to mention the best garlic dip), but they went above and beyond in helping my needs as a customer. "I ordered through their website for the first time. Then found out that the price was much more expensive compare to in-store order. The store’s staff explained that price just apply ONLY for walk-in orders. However, the online customer service said it do apply for online orders and through phone too. The beginning the online support even said the prices are including delivery charge and my order is for pickup. Then at the end she said okay just apply for med and large size. I’m so confused. Would never order again."

"Hey yes they have great food but with all their success they are now hiring outside family help that are not as committed and disaplined as the owners-so simple details on order slip through the cracks. I 've been ordering their Hawaiian Pizza for years- specially double cheese,double ham, double pineapple. Usually they get it right for amount $70 However when I checked the bill I was shocked. "Thanks for you order...would you like to add a tip for the driver? Sure $8 When I get the $70 pizza and read the bill heard what I found. Pizza ,$25 Extra$5 Delivery$8 After already charging for the delivery $8 they take another $12 for the delivery. Wow that 's another $20bucks ontop the $25 pizza. Beware of this "Family business...oh and to boot the pizza I ordered came as regular Hawaiian-no double anything. So That 's $25 bucks worth of nothing $25 pizza Don 't forget the taxes. I 'm not sure why a business that 's successful have be low handed, sneaky, and cheat their clients. I can pick up the pizza for $20 bucks and save $25 bucks. Have you check your bill from this business? Have you been getting ripped off too?"

"Today me and my friend went Ragazzi Pizza because we live in the neighborhood and we want to support local. There was old pizza trays and fresh pizza trays. My friend is vegetarian and she wanted to order from fresh margarita pizza instead of old ones the server was about to pick two slices up until pizza maker worn her to serve the old ones. I have never seen such thing, if you put fresh slices customer have right to choose it, if they think pizzas on the shelf looks old they have right to ask if there is any fresh pizza coming out of the oven and wait for it. It was disturbing to see that they were treating people in such a disrespectful way."

"We go to Pizza Garden regularly. Best purchased by the slice as their pizzas are a little on the expensive side for what they are. They are a little light on the toppings compared to other Neapolitan-style pizzas I've eaten in the area, especially for...the price but I really enjoy their thinner crust and they are tasty."
