"Burnt crust! Once the crust is burnt the rest of the pizza is going to taste bitter. If you like burnt pizza crust I would recommend Blaze. The toppings were not very well distributed. I do like the many offers of different types of cheeses and toppings. Goat cheese is awesome. Spinach take the stems off before putting on the pizza. Someone in the pizza industry needs to show this business how to build and bake a pizza and they would have an excellent business. I'm giving two stars only because they do offer a good amount toppings and the Chocolate Chip Cookie was good!"

"So I called and I ask “what size would be a family pizza?” He says “Uhh, I don’t know, we have 10, 12, 14, 16.” So I guess and say 12, thinking it would be big enough, but it’s just a personal-2 person pizza. "First time trying it out, on the way home from Zoo lights. Excellent customer service food tasted fresh, crispy crust and not too salty. Sauce didn’t really stand out, somewhat bland. Only half my family eats meat so we would prefer more vegetable toppings. My daughter said the bone in buffalo wings were really good."

"Won’t be ordering papa johns again until the company gets it together. I ordered, got to the location to pick up, to then have to wait while the employee slams a pizza in front of me. To then be told they didn’t have my order at all. I live around the corner and always order this location so I was very confused as to why. I was then told it must be at the other location down the street because the company decided to split the 46613 zip between two stores. Btw I ordered online for this location not down the street 4 miles away! Online still stated my pizza was were I went. I tried to call the other location but the phone was never answered. Before I left the first store the employee that was eating then turned around to continue making pizzas. No gloves, no hand washing involved. Honestly happy my order wasn’t there. Thankfully pizza was found at the other location. And the manager at that location also explained how corporate has split 46613 zip code. Hey corporate this location is a lot further than the one I have always ordered from! It makes no sense to not inform the customer that’s picking up that you as a company decided to send order to another store."

"The staff is amazing. Food is great and always tastes good. Staff at this point love them, and it shows not only in food, but in their kindness and ready to please. Always cheaper than other pizza places and better. I'm sick of the pizza hut and waited for 3 hours for Marco's pizzas. They always sucked and continued. But this place gives them in every way, including price, taste and mocst important eager to help the staff. Love you, you make my busy nights easier for me with your pizzas!!"

"You know what you're getting yourself into. Pros: Cheap, quick, and convenient. It makes the perfect at home movie night on a budget. The quality is not bad despite the critics. But everyone has their preference. It is worth trying and for larger families a great way to feed the crew for half the cost. Cons: The space can get crowded fast. The pizza can be more warm and ready rather than hot and ready depending on when you. You may need to buy an extra pizza or other side items. My wife who normally is full after two pieces at other places can eat half to three quarters of a pizza on her own. Overall: Food quality is good for the price. The speed to which you can get your pizza is awesome. We will be back because the price is right and the food is good for at home date night."
