I reached out to the store to speak to management the lady who answered the phone right away started to being rude to me after I said that my pizza was cold I wouldlike it re made she proceeded to in a loudly rude voice tone since you claim that your food is overcooked and cold and that youwon't be eating it I expect a full untouched pizza return to me and then hung up on me please keep in mind that I have been acustomer to this establishment for well over 3 years now and I really used to enjoy ordering from this establishment and thecustomer service that I would get would always be outstanding however after this incident tonight I'm sad to say that I will notbe a returning customer any longer the fact that the way that I was treated and the professionalism of this establishment theway is gone over the last few months I don't think I'll be returning any longer I had even tried to reach back out to the storeto tell them that I do not want the pizza to be recent out to me that I would just like to have a refund after the way I wastraded but when I try to reach out to the store I can add to the person hung up on me they proceeded to pick up the phone andcontinue to hang up on me so this a heads up to anyone that may be thinking about ordering from this establishment I wouldtruly advise you not to you"

"Great service! I haven't been this place yet and didn't know they changed most of their menu. The food is quite expensive, but the quality of the food was extremely delicious. Her steak was so tasteful and I have to say that they have the best steak sauce. It was so delicious. Her landscape is so covered and casual. We were there at night and I can't believe how many people eat outside. Well, it was really nice outside, but I liked the interior. I love how her wine room is designed. It sits right in the center of its building with glass walls/windows. It's beautiful! We'll be back with friends."

"Friendly staff and fast service. Im not big fan of pizza but i didn't much time for lunch.. I love good pizza but I expected the typical chain so I wouldn't be too disappointed. But that was some of the best pizza I've had In years. Keep doing what you're doing. It was my first time at Carbone's but it definitely won't be my last. I just hope the other locations are just as good!"
