"Swung by on a weeknight and got a few happy hour (5 7pm) and regular items to share: Sapporo, shrimp tempura roll, black garlic miso ramen, and an assortment of nigiri. Staff was very friendly and we got lucky with finding a spot in the tiny parking lot. The parking situation is probably the most challenging part about dining in here there are only a handful of spots in front of the restaurant, otherwise it's street parking. We were pleasantly surprised by the happy hour items, the shrimp tempura roll was our fav and the $3 Sapporo couldn't be beat! The ramen was pretty good with a generous portion of noodles and meat. Unfortunately, we found the noodles to be a bit soggy and easily breaking. The quality of nigiri was overall okay, with the uni and ika being our favorites. One bit of feedback is that the cucumber wrap for the uni detracted from the experience because the textures had too big of a contrast. Personally, we would have preferred it with seaweed. The rest of the fish was a bit warm and the texture a little too soft for our liking. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and we opted for the latter because it felt a bit too warm inside. The outside patio area is quaint but we were also exposed to a variety of other smells being right next to a busy road and next door gas station."
Tokyo Cube from Los Alamitos is a good option for a bar if you want to have a beer after work and hang out with friends, among the delicacies of this place are especially the Sashimi and Sashimi. The meals are prepared authentically Asian, Besides, the creative blend of different dishes with new and partially adventurous products is appreciated by the customers - a good case of Asian Fusion.

"Chashu Don was great! Soft and full of flavor. The Dragon Roll was good but lacked the unagi flavor with the eel.The Pink Lady was fairly plain and the wife mentioned the King Kong roll has and a sweet/creamy complexion that didn't blend well together.Service was fantastic. Overall, I came here for the Chashu pork and loved it. Everything else was good but not extraordinary ?"

"I have been eating here on the average of twice a month for the last 10 years--maybe more. It's less than a block from where I work, they take my order over the phone, and they are always friendly and provide great service. I've ordered the same thing every time I've come here: #33 Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. I've been on an anti-inflammatory diet for about three years, so I get the bowl with extra vegetables and no rice or teriyaki sauce. A little bit extra , but my gut thanks me. But y'know? I eat a lot of chicken breast on this diet and frankly, I get a bit tired of chicken after a while (even though Sushi Q's charbroiled chicken is reeeally good . So, today I decided to pay an extra 1 and try a shrimp bowl instead. I finished eating about an hour ago and I am still experiencing a great deal of pleasure from that shrimp. Happy stomach. I don't know exactly how they prepare it (sauteed with a bit of butter and garlic maybe? but the flavor and texture made for such an enjoyable eat. Highly recommended."

"PLEASE GET THE CARBONARA UDON IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! My friend and I came around 9pm on Saturday night and there was about three other parties. We got the yellow scallion roll and spicy tuna roll. Both were good but the true star of the show was the carbonara udon. Best I've ever had. Super saucy, thick, and creamy! The service was amazing too! The staff was friendly and even asked if we were cold and would like the door closed!! Would definitely come back here!"

"I've been to many sushi restaurants, but never at an all you can eat sushi place. So this is how it works, come in, sit down, order a drink, and then you'll recieve a huge menu, and you can order 3 rounds of food (be wise with your decisions, order the good fish, yellowtail, salmon, albacore, uni etc). You CAN NOT take left overs, so don't order more than you can eat because you will be charged for individual sushi pieces you leave (about $1-2). Expect to pay about $40-50 per person, I believe the price is very reasonable because the quality of the sushi/fish is just incredible, fresh and very delicious. It's worth paying for the premium all you can eat option bc you're able to get an order of really good quality fish as well as fish eggs, scallops, etc. My only regret was ordering the Hotel California, a baked roll with cream cheese, it was just too filling. Besides that, I ordered plenty of Nigiri, premium fish, and sushi rolls. The amount of food I got, for the price was the best bang for my buck that I have experienced over any other sushi restaurants, and I have been to plenty of cheap and higher upscale places as well. The service is very quick, servers are very attentive, if you're ready to order another round they will be around and ready to take your order. I love the ambiance, I went on a Friday night, personally just a little too loud inside for me but that's just me. Besides that, vibes are good, music is good, and food is some of the best sushi I've ever enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place to any sushi lovers, great for big groups or date nights (just know you'll be too full to do anything after)."
