"I found the Unforgettable Pizza because Wendy's was closed for renovations and while their drive-through was open I never did enjoy eating out of a bag in my car. I ordered a 10" Hawaiian which set me back just under $15. Pizzas here are better than Uncle Fatih's (the pizza joint across the street)"

"This Pizza Pizza has won me over with their customer service. The pizza alone is why I love going there, delicious crust and topping options (not to mention the best garlic dip), but they went above and beyond in helping my needs as a customer. "I ordered through their website for the first time. Then found out that the price was much more expensive compare to in-store order. The store’s staff explained that price just apply ONLY for walk-in orders. However, the online customer service said it do apply for online orders and through phone too. The beginning the online support even said the prices are including delivery charge and my order is for pickup. Then at the end she said okay just apply for med and large size. I’m so confused. Would never order again."

"Hey yes they have great food but with all their success they are now hiring outside family help that are not as committed and disaplined as the owners-so simple details on order slip through the cracks. I 've been ordering their Hawaiian Pizza for years- specially double cheese,double ham, double pineapple. Usually they get it right for amount $70 However when I checked the bill I was shocked. "Thanks for you order...would you like to add a tip for the driver? Sure $8 When I get the $70 pizza and read the bill heard what I found. Pizza ,$25 Extra$5 Delivery$8 After already charging for the delivery $8 they take another $12 for the delivery. Wow that 's another $20bucks ontop the $25 pizza. Beware of this "Family business...oh and to boot the pizza I ordered came as regular Hawaiian-no double anything. So That 's $25 bucks worth of nothing $25 pizza Don 't forget the taxes. I 'm not sure why a business that 's successful have be low handed, sneaky, and cheat their clients. I can pick up the pizza for $20 bucks and save $25 bucks. Have you check your bill from this business? Have you been getting ripped off too?"

"We got ourselves a scoop of limoncello and it didn’t taste authentic, artificial flavors were probably added to make it stronger and aromatic and it made us thirsty afterwards.We asked for sampling when we ordered, because we saw that one of the staff members gave two tiny plastic spoons of gelato to a kid and his mother. However, the girl that served us said they don’t offer sampling. We are confused and offended by this unequal treatment.Their reviews are so high, probably it’s because of their pizzas, which we didn’t try but they look good not gonna lie."
