"I come to this location sometimes,but my real issue is with the Manager Shabastian or whatever his name is and a young man that's have an accent was my server (scamming for more tips).I gave the young man a tip,which was paid and removed from my card at the time that I paid for my food.The next day I was sent money on the same card.The amount sent didn't come,$5 was taken from the money sent because it states I had an overdraft because the tip wasn't paid but it was.I called and ask for this Manager for two days and he refuse to come to the phone.I asked for corporate number and I was told there's no corporate office for this business.I know $5 dollars not a lot but it's the principle of it all the overdraft. I really don't appreciate this and will not use my card there again.I probably won't be returning the foods not that great and the portion for the prices is ridiculous.I would advise to use cash instead of a card, they will tip how much they want!!!"

"I come here for lunch, at least once a month (I don't eat out much). The owner ALWAYS has excellent customer service and is very personable. The food never disappoints. I generally get swai or whiting and add fried okra. Superb for a fast meal option.Food: 4/5"

"This is my fourth time maya’s visited last year and I generally have excellent reviews. the last time it seemed to take forever for our meals to reach our table, and it seemed that other groups that came to us were served before us. our waiting person was somewhat nervous about working with us and when I asked how long they worked in the restaurant, I was told that they were there since the restaurant opened. I could return to the future, but there are some other restaurants that I could try first."
