"Ordered through the app. Chose some frostys instead of drinks but the frosty machine was down which wasnt a big deal since it was 11pm. The fries however were nasty. They were not crispy and hot like all the billboards advertise. Upgraded to a large fry and when I pull it out of the bag the fries barely cover the front portion of the fry holder. Which now that I think about it was a good thing bc I threw them all out anyway so less product to waste. The sandwiches were good and well prepared and the staff was friendly and helpful. Swapped out the small frostys for some medium drinks instead which was nice of them. Just disappointed when I went there vs McDonald's because I was really craving some Wendy's fries and kept seeing the ads for hot fresh fries and that's not what I received. Been to other Wendy's at around the same time and havent had any issues."

"It's fast eating. but this location is regularly closed during normal business hours due to lack of employment. longer than usual waiting times, usually some items are missing, sometimes only accept cash (there is a cash machine at the refueling station over the road if they really want it so bad). they refuse to pay someone fair and the end result is that they are not willing to do business."

"I arrived at 12:45 and ordered two combo meals. I was told to wait in lane two and given no drinks. FIFTEEN minutes later the kid comes out with sandwiches only. I told him I ordered drinks and sandwiches and showed him the receipt. He came back out with drinks only. Once I again I showed him the receipt and said this is bullshxt to which he replied don't cuss at me Dude, I've been waiting twenty minutes for a chicken sandwich!!! Are you serious!Just go somewhere else. Even for fast food this place is remarkably bad."
