"This is a local chinese and I was impressed that they had vegetarian options which you could add bean curd too. I had the satay and it was terrible. Totally tasteless and not that much bean curd came with it. The only thing that had...any flavour was almost raw onion that mainly made up the dish. Ordered crispy seaweed (which annoyingly came with fish seasoning on top) and boiled rice. Got some free prawn crackers with it but I'm vegetarian."

"How the heady have fallen, stars on food hygiene and this is translating back on the food and service. Was a regular patron for them and last few occasions were so poor and felt so aggrieved . Became very unhappy from these visits and...did some reserach on the South Glos website and noticed their food rating was average. which concerned even more.. Curries all seem to taste the same, place has had a long needed makeover but this has taken away the atmosphere. Often busy but usually full of drunks from the local pub and this is what i guess they are more interested in nowadays. Service also below par and food very average to mediocre. Your choice if your prefer going to a star or star? Dont believe go and check the food standard agencies website yourself and enjoy. Sorry for sounding bitter but have given them so many chances to improve but thats it will go down the road."

"Had a wonderful evening meal with family. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend friends and family to eat here for a special occasion or meal with family. "Persian cuisine is still relatively unknown and this restaurant proves that we have a hidden jewel that makes the trip to Filton Avenue well worth it. The tender kebabs were delicious and the rice was cooked to perfection. What's more, the service is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended."
