"Ok food at a reasonable price, kept clean, service was quick and the staff attentive. Odd feature, the disabled toilet is down a couple of steps, no ramp that I saw and no handrails on either side of the steps you have to use I know Bath is old and buildings difficult to modify but just a handrail would be a great help."

"I ordered two pizzas for collection, checked the labels on the boxes before leaving and all was correct. 30 minutes later when I got home with the pizza I realized one pizza was completely wrong! Called and they told me to call HQ to ask for a refund, This is currently in progress I hope. Had to drive another 30 minutes to get the correct pizza as my girlfriend can't eat what we were given. Thought that was it but when I finally got home with the correct pizza I realized my pizza that was correct had stray toppings that aren't meant to be on this pizza all over it and under some of the other topping so didn't realize they were there until I started eating! It's a good thing I’m not allergic to anything!! Terrible experience!!"

"We always order from the pizza hut as loyal customers. we love their pizza and the kitschigen bisskruste. the order always comes 15/25 minutes later than the estimated time they give, but it is ok as long as the pizza is good. good combo offers and I don't like their chips, salsa/sauces so much. customer service beautiful."
