"Bought two pizzas deals for a picnic with the grandchildren, yesterday (24th april 2021) the spatialities were immaculate, service was excellent and the pizzas were delicious. to be honest, a pizza is a pizza, but the service was top class and led me through the options"

"Ordered by only eating and the order was confirmed then sent out for delivery (after the app), but never arrived! was long before the estimated delivery time waiting for them in the witwe so that we did not miss them definitiw! I called the load 10 times. over half an hour and no answer. they have closed the order obviously then without it actually being delivered! I am not the first person that this has happened to consider their other reviews! not order terrible service aviod from here!"

"It was our first visit to Carlos but it definitely won’t be our last. From the minute we entered the restaurant the atmosphere was brilliant, a really live buzz. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was unbelievable, possibly the best Italian we’ve ever had. Fantastico !"

"A sensibly priced good quality dining experience before a show. We arrived at 5.15pm and had a leisurely dinner before a 7.30pm show. I had mushrooms on toast, pork belly and apple/blackberry crumble. Absolutely delicious. Service was by enthusiastic youngsters kitted out in G Live...uniform very professionsl. Price about £30 per person including coffee and a glass of wine."

"Just don’t do it!! Table booked for 7pm for 16 people we wanted to split the bill for 4 families which they said wasn’t a problem. It was very busy when we got there so we expected a bit of a wait however it took 45 minutes to get a drink, over an hour to get starters which I had breaded mushrooms that were so over cooked it could break your teeth (not even my fork was going thro it). Then we ordered of the set menu for the kids and my partner the pizza that turned up was awful even my 6 year old wouldn’t eat it and he LOVES pizza it tasted of cardboard….and we didn’t get our mains until after 2 hours of arriving. I ordered 3 bottomless cokes and have been charged for all the cokes we ordered totalling an extra £20 on the bill!! The service was shocking, when I said we didn’t even get offered deserts she totally ignored me, some people came on over half an hour before us and they had their main course by the time we got our first drink!! Shocking all round, the toilets were disgusting, the service was shocking and it takes a lot for me to complain having worked in the customer service industry myself but this was just below awful and I will never go back nor would I ever recommend to anyone."

"We were really shocked when the bill came because we didn't think this was so expensive. the service tip had been added automatically, but it was not at all justified 12.5%. disappoint. that was nice to eat."
