"Went in to get my order and little miss Starbucks had a problem with my drink order??? She kept making rude comments to her coworker (this was an order of shots). Like who would order this , why would you order this , she doesn 't need this .Not that it is anyone 's business but I make Tiramisu with them and I 'm pretty sure Starbucks is happy to make a sale regardless of what it is!You could tell the coworker felt uncomfortable. I waited for over 10 minutes for my drink and there were many other people waiting for their drinks, so I chose not to say anything. However I did appreciate the look she got when she called out my name and I was standing right there.No class at all. Act like you know what professionalism is."

"Bad service, make mistakes on orders and can't reach them on phone to complain ... Medina court street address not a good line cation that cares about customers make you feel your a bother. So the s is an add-on for the Medina, oh location on n court.....baaaaddd service, they stand around talking instead of waiting on customers have an excuse for everything as why they don't get orders out in a timing fashion. In particular there's a middle-aged medium heavy set lady with reddish blonde hair that when you complain because they take too long she argues with you and she even argued with me out the door as I'm asking her to please stop people need to stop going to this location and when they're out of a job because they don't know how to treat customers then no no why. I am so sorry for this as I want to like dunkin' donuts but this location needs to be reprimanded they need to be retrained of how to handle customers and to work at a business that deals with the public"

"Great little store with lots of coffee and tea. I do feel it is very expensive to order online though. They just ship it first class, when they could get a rate half that by simply asking the post office. There is an additional shopping charge put on top of that which was more than the postage. Other stores offer free shipping with a certain amount purchased."
