"As a local, I’m actually embarrassed to say we’ve never been to sunshine Sammie’s. However, after a brief encounter with Lindsay Suzie, we will be forever customers from now on! Their understanding exceptional empathy must ooze into their customer survive. I could tell they are compassionate and caring of others which makes me want to buy 20 sandwiches a week; and I’m lactose intolerant, so that says a lot! Thank you both! (We made our dinner reservation, by the way celebrated a fantastic anniversary). I’m so glad we have fantastic local business in Asheville!"

"I stopped here while I wandered downtown Asheville and I'm glad I did. The herbal tea I chose was very well prepared. The taste reflected the effort the staff put in it, instead of curbing from substandard tea. While I technically get through a lonely “tourist”, I would certainly recommend this place for those who enjoy tea, or try something new. The room is also nice to stop and relax for a while."

"I really liked it at this place because of how good it was. You could really tell how yummy the food is because of how it tasted. The drinks we’re all poured exactly how I like them (in glassware) and the food was served mostly on plates or in bowls which made easy to eat with the fork, knife, and spoon that they provided (very authentic). I would mostly recommend this place to people who eat food, are hungry, and are at least within driving distance."

"The food was standard Mexican dishes and hearty portions. Huge plates. Really beautiful decoration also! Far and gone better than Taco Hell, and only one dollar or two more! ..the shredded beef in my house was juicy and tender. I had a court that was 9.99, and was a dollar more than on the menu on my entrance. No problem, but only one head up would be cool. Tried also the Moscow mule, what was a dollar more than the price listed on the drink Specials bar sign... what is erasable? On Monday the house is margarita $5.75, with Montezuma tequila... The waiting staff was very friendly and fast, the chips were warm and not stale chips, also a beautiful salsa bar, not irrigated at all."
