"This IS the best pizza in Virginia!! I’m Italian and from NY….so I know. Also, the guy making the pizza pies was so nice and brought the pizza to our table himself, and he was so concerned about if everything was good, etc.. annnddd the staff was really courteous and on top of things. You can not find this at most places these days. I will say that a couple of years ago we came here and it was good…but not as good as today. I had stopped coming because the staff at the time was very typically rude…looks like everything has changed for the better."

"Interiors shown here are not from the real restaurant. (That doesn't matter). Because of traffic, I was about an hour late to pick up my online pizza and the staff told me it was already picked up. So, I guess they don't check the order ID from your phone, but they were friendly enough to make a new Cali style pizza exactly as I ordered it within 10 minutes while I waited. No complaints about the quality of the order AND appreciate the good attitude of managers staff."

"This new managment sucks! Been a Customer for years to this location but never any issues before but this new owner is greedy and don't really know how to maintain local customers and the quality of food, We ordered four chicken fajita pizza's and they messed up the toppings on all of them, everything was under cooked and on top of that he'd only give us one garlic sauce with my order... I was like i'm supposed to get four w four pizza's, He goes we charge for extra and I told him it's not extra each pizza comes w one garlic sauce and I've been eating from pizza bolis at many different locations.He said we are new managment and we charge $1 for each additional one, I think it's really petty thing to do and that's not how to treat your customers not,Tell me if I'm wrong about wanting to get 4 garlic sauces w 4 pizza's? I am never ordering from here again as long as this management is in charge."

"We order from this place atleast once a week. The staff is always very friendly the food also with the delivery is always nice and hot. Even going to the restaurant is so clean that you could eat from the ground. I think many great chain restaurants must take some training from this place they are phenomenal. It doesn't matter to support local businesses if they give this kind of customer service."
