"I always put in the delivery instructions to call me when the driver gets there. (I even leave my phone number in the message. I live in an apartment building with no way of knowing the foods been delivered unless they call me. In this instance the driver left the food OUTSIDE of the building on the ground and didn’t call or make any attempt to notify me. I only found out it had been delivered after contacting slice support and seeing if they got my order. So who knows how long it was out there. I would leave this review on slice if I could but I looked into it further and delivery is handled by the business so this wildly poor delivery service is on Football Pizza. Extremely extremely disappointed right now. The pizza is incredible but I will be thinking again when ordering from here. "Now absolutely no hate to the staff because they’re probably short staffed like everyone else, but i waited an hour and a half for a single pizza that i had ordered ahead of time. i understand that it was a busy sunday but still. cmon. an hour and a half. and when i did get the pizza it was kinda burnt and all the ingredients were in the middle. definitely not very happy about it but i accepted my loss and moved on."
