"We regularly order from the Oak Bay location, and have yet to get a bad one. We've had thick and thin crusts and like both. The toppings are fresh, and usually there's enough cheese. The dips are ok though we don't actually get them very...often. Nothing wrong with them, just another mayo based dip."

"Quality has noticeably declined recently which brings it down to 2-2.5 stars. Take the carbonara: very loose and watery sauce, generic ingredients (lightly cooked bacon instead of crispy guanciale, little to no evidence of pecorino), but nearly 20 dollars. Not worth the time, make it at home yourself until they amp the menu back up."

"There’s no consistency with this place one day the beach is good the next day it’s awful then when you tell them it’s burnt they argue with you I would not recommend it it’s a hit and miss please"
