"I called the store a total of 8 times just to update my apartment number. I got hung up on at least 3 times, transferred, and left on hold. Anytime I would speak to someone about updating my apartment number they would act is if they don't know how to go in the computer and do that. They could have at least told me that they will let the delivery driver know. They all were acting like they did not know how to do the most simplest thing. That is poor poor poor customer service. I will not order from here again. I will also let everyone know in my building to not order from you all. I asked for a manager and they didn't even say hold on they just put me on hold and never came back to the line. I don't know who they have working in there but they need to reevaluate the ones that they do. I am extremely upset about my experience and the way I was treated."
