"Myself Robyn would like to give a very heart felt thanks to Flo's Fryer for the absolutely amazing service we received recently at our wedding at Newhaven Fort. The fish chips were delicious and we can't thank you enough for the vegan option for the bride, she loved the battered mushrooms! The portion sizes were amazing and all of our guests commented on how awesome the food was, so again thank you so much, you guys really made our day even more special. We would highly recommend Flo's for a wedding or event. x"

"So happy to have this pub/restaurant around the corner. were wee (so much cheap wine in pubs nowadays.) locally made beer and apple wines. we are happy to be close, but treat them a good meal - it is worth the ride or, as it is next to the train station, they get a train, so they can taste the wee properly:"

"Just popped in to see what the pub is like now that it has re-opened. Am so glad we did. Was greeted by a friendly atmosphere, and found the decor to be nice, with a clean but ‘country’ feel to it. The two ladies serving were very welcoming, and seemed enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the impressive range of drinks on tap (was pleased to see normal Guinness on draught, rather than the inferior Extra Cold version). Will definitely be back soon to sample more of the drinks, and food when we have more time (I’ve awarded any stars for this, as we didn’t eat at the pub)."
