"It's just a very small place I'm driven by there so many times and never knew it was there, but let me tell you it was amthink the place is very Queen, the gentleman was super friendly and very knowledgeable all of the food was made fresh, they make it right in front of you. And it was absolutely absolutely amazing And delicious. I cannot speak enough on how much. I absolutely loved this place."

"UPDATE: We were not here in a while because they always messed up our orders, missing things, etc. We decided to go today... while I checked her got 1 star. Today definitely 5 stars! We didn't wait long for the ride through or for the order. The staff were friendly and not screaming each other like the last time... the order was absolutely right, looked great and tasted good! Very happy with this much needed change! We waited about half an hour or so in the car drou, we got our drink that should be a hot black coffee with cream and espresso. COLD. So we had to park and walk in to not wait half an hour in the ride and it took about another 25 minutes to get the right drink."

"It comes as no surprise to me as to how many poor reviews people have left for this location. Not only is the line HORRENDOUS every single day, this location can hardly get our order right. We come to this location as frequent customers but that will soon be coming to an end. I order the same drink every time, a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea (light green tea) and a bagel with cream cheese. When receiving my order via drive thru, the drink that was handed to me was absolutely watered down and there was NO cream cheese on my bagel. I pull around front to go inside to have my order corrected, which the staff proceeded to look at me like I had 5 heads. A young girl had the audacity to say well when I make my refreshers I always add tons of flavor with a snarky attitude. The lady at the register took my bagel, placed it on the counter where money is handled and proceeded to walk to the back. Thinking that she was correcting my order with a new bagel, she comes back to the front with a plastic knife and tries to smear a giant glob of cream cheese on my now already cold bagel. She copped an attitude, angrily crumpled the bagel in the bag and scoffed I guess you 're getting a new bagel . Not only is the customer service so poor, they NEVER have the most popular items in stock. How are you going to advertise a product and not have a back supply knowing it is one of the most if not THE most popular item on the menu. I have been trying to order a pumpkin spice muffin for I don 't know how long now to which I have given up on at this point. This may have been a long review, but everything is true. Today I ordered a hot chocolate which was handed to me with liquid dripping off the side of the cup with no napkins. This store location is in serious need of either new management or new/more staff."

"We went there early Saturday morning so obviously the night crew.DID NOT CLEAN UP AT ALL! The floors, tables, soda machine, knives and forks were ALL disgusting. Everything should be spik n span clean. We eat here. Management needs 2.get on these workers. Truly disappointed"
