"Great atmosphere, we sat outside. We love sushi and was excited about trying a new place. Sushi lacked seasoning and flavor. I expected more from the Cajun roll. Although presentation was great, the taste was very disappointing."

"I've become somewhat of a connoisseur of fine sushi restaurants And I gotta say that this place was great! Definitely in the top 3 best I've ever had.. The Rolls here range from the new, edgy and super imaginative to the more traditional but with a subtle twists. The presentation is artistic and beautiful, its not only lunch or dinner but art. They have also given their creations exciting and exotic names with a thorough description of what is in each one written in fine print under the attention getting unique bold lettered name they have bestowed upon each of their creations. The wait staff here were all super friendly and polite and our glasses never ran dry. Every plate we finished was magically wisked away within seconds. Kudos to everyone from the Hostess to the waitresses to the master Sushi chef. Delicious, magnificent. The restaurant itself was new and trendy with a Asian or Korean flair. Every surface was spotlessly clean. Well done. We will be back soon to sample more of the fantastic menu. The wine/Sake list was also extensive and very appetizing. I also love Sapporo with my Sushi which they had Ice cold and ready."

"Very good All sushi rolls are quite delicious and big. All you can eat is great for a group. He rated it 4 stars because on weekends, when more people go, they only have 2 waiters at all tables and receive people. Today we ordered lobster popcorn and they gave us something else to say it was and it did not fit the photos on the menu (from the sushi manufacturer personally). Otherwise, the place is beautiful and the waiters make an effort to serve you well. For those girls 5?"

Are you saying my review is wrong and that something is wrong with my taste buds? If so, that is a quick way to lose business. Your damning comment solidified my experience. I'm still not returning to the restaurant when I visit Dallas. Please go knock on someone else's review. My review still stands. -Alex Here is my review: Sloppy service when the place was empty. The fish was just ok. The ginger tastes like it has been sitting out for quite some time so I stopped eating it to cleanse my palette. My friends and I put a sugar packet on a plate to time how long it takes for 1 plate to go a full revolution. 10 minutes. Are you curious why they cover up all the plates? You might want to ask the flies zooming around. I understand its a restaurant and restaurants have flies. However, this was a little more than I expected. The tuna nigiri was good though. Nice and muscular with a hint of wasabi. Definitely made right. The salmon was not fresh and was kept out much longer than expected. The high point of the evening was the sushi chef. Talkative, made suggestions and super friendly while the kitchen staff was behind the scenes making the cooked dishes. All the rolls for the AYCE were loosely based off of a California roll. Super easy to tell. Next time I'm in town, I won't think about visiting again. However, this was my first experience in the states for conveyor belt sushi. Chic and novel idea but you also have to make sure your food is fresh."
