"I cant say enough how much I love the bagel inn. I bring it to work in westborough and when I walk in the door with it the staff are so excited and thankful. They always ask..is this that place? Yes it is The Bagel Inn near my house!! It's a huge hit everytime!!! Fresh delicious warm. The staff are patient even when it's busy and your having a hard time making a decision. And they will separate the savory bagels from the sweet inorder to not mix the flavors!!! Just a really great place with really great people!!! Keep shining !!"

"We've been there for years. We had several family celebrations there and were never disappointed. Food is always the best. I have to say the praise for our waitress. I think her name was Ari? My sister knows. She was amazing. With 14 people to take care of them, was funny, responsible and never missed a beat. So attentive. This is my sister and my favorite restaurant."

"I called in way ahead. was given a time of 3pm. Upon arriving waited to get my food. When I got in my car and drove away I tried the food. it was all cold. I called them three times. First time they stated not taking any more orders and hung up. I called back, someone picked up the phone and never said a word. I could hear everything going on there. Noone ever picked up the phone. I hung up and called back this time someone answered the phone, was very pleasant but told me she couldn't help me. She called over someone else who listened to my complaint. took my phone number and promised to call me back tonight. No phone call ever came. Very disappointed and will never go there again."

"Got takeout for the first time today and they have the best Kra Pow I have had in a long time! When we ordered everything extremely spicy they certainly followed through! The crab Rangoons are the Thai pockets that are nice and sweet. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back soon!"
