"This is one of my favorite places in oxford, right in the heart of the cowley road – one of the most lively. I was here often for some great Arabic coffee and delicious baklava, but finally I felt compelled to try one of their main things. my only regret is that I didn't do it earlier! Simple as it sounds to produce high quality fish and chips with crispy batter and precisely cooked chips in...a busy environment is difficult. These guys have it nailed. Service during reopening is excellent with a well ordered and controlled system for pre ordered food and queuing customers. Food portions are huge and satisfying but not fatty and stodgy.
