I had not realized that tosca had a rooftop restaurant, I was surprised and excited. The food at tosca never disappoints and our waitress was equal parts friendly and lost. My only complaint is that the furniture was looking a bit deteriorated, but I'm hoping that the renovations going on next door will also apply to the rooftop read more.
