"I am in a wheelchair and when I was trying to get into the restaurant the two host did not even try to open the doors to help me in and they never greeted you.. they seemed rushed… Had table of 27 people and two servers that acted like it was their first day!! When you would ask for things they would always say give me thirty seconds and then would not bring what you asked for or bring it after the fact like steak sauce.. should be brought when food comes out but they did not bring it till twenty minutes later… When leaving a male worker was sweeping the floor then used the same broom to clean off tables.. he went from floor to table… Then it took thirty minutes to pay my bill.. not a good experience at all.."

"We were pleasantly surprised, I wish we had something like that in Wichita Falls. I didn't expect much food wisely from a place for entertainment. My husband ordered fish and chips he felt was almost as good as the fish he had from the Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas. I had the voodoo chicken, the chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside of the sauce was spicy but not unbearable. The drinks were on the spot and our waitress Sidney, was the best we had in a long time. Not to mention, most of the arcade games were actually up and working in contrast to home. But serious props to Sidney, she was brilliant and we loved her sweet stance!"

"Place was pleasant but service was horrible. The hibachi chef did not want to be there and you could tell ,he threw a fit because we asked to remove the mushroom because of an allergy. Had a big attitude and didn't even cook our food right the chicken wasn't cooked and the shrimp was rubbery way to expensive for what we got."

"Food: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Ambience: 9/10 Been a regular here. Absolutely love their laos papaya salad, cheese rolls and skewers. Sue was super friendly and made some amazing suggestions. The taste is very close to the authentic laos food. With prices so reasonable, I always try bunch of small plates. Fried ice cream is a must try desert"

"It was my first time eating Kirby's last Friday, I made an 8:30 PM reservation for my birthday just my boyfriend and I. We are both food connoisseurs, we were on an adventure to find a new place to have great quality Steak. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the staff was able to seat us early and it was very busy. I knew I wanted a Filet Mignon, my boyfriend ordered the Steak and Cake with a side of Au gratin Potatoes. He also had their soup of the day (I believe it was a lobster and cheese? I could be wrong) but he said that was amazingly good. When they brought out our food, everything was piping hot and delicious. My steak was overcooked. but the manager quickly threw another one and made us fresh potatoes. When they brought out the new steak, I couldn't believe how silky this meat felt in my mouth. It was almost like butter melting, so decadent I can't even begin to explain how different this experience was compared to ANY high end steak place we have been to. They even brought out a piece of fresh chocolate cake with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with chocolate syrup and pecans. If I could give our waiter Armando 10 stars, I would. Thank you to all of the staff for making my birthday memorable. I will be coming back VERY soon."
