Hence about this Texas-themed establishment with great food and reputation, I went with my family to give it a try for our Labor Day dinner.

"First time here. I would 've given this spot a 5 stars for flavor and texture, but the biscuits come with flaked salt on top which makes it a little to salty for me. Hopefully there 's an option for no flaked salt and I didn 't know it?. That 's just a personal opinion, but I 'll definitely be back for the sweets!!"

"Really enjoyed this with my wife. I had the salisbury steak, which came with mashed potatoes and gravy, and a cornbread muffin. Mac cheese curly seasoned fries as sides. Loved it all. The gravy was indistinguishable from meat-based gravy.My wife had the chicken sandwich. Nice big bun. Sandwich sauce was tangy tasty. Side of kale greens. Best kale we've ever had (although we're not big fans of kale).Owners were present and very attentive. Happy to answer questions.The place is very informal and one shouldn't have expected anything special from ambience.Only one suggestion. While we dined-in at the restaurant, the food came in to-go containers. Would have prefered plated service (even if disposable plates) for dine-in.We'll be back to try more from the menu!Vegetarian options: Totally vegan!"
