"I went here with my boyfriend and his mother today, and I’ve been here once before and the food was amazing. We came on Wednesday and its half price wine (YAY!!! . The food is absolutely amazing! The 21 crimes Martha Stewart Chardonnay was delicious and only $15 and our server Chloe was so sweet and knowledgeable. Our chef was Jeremy and he made some of the best food I’ve had in a while. We will be back, I recommend this place to everyone!!! Look at the picture, this was all that was left"

"Visited this place to meet with a big friend on a Saturday night. Admittedly we didn't come there until 8:00 and they closed at 9:00, so we didn't have a ton of time, which was okay because they had a seating area outdoors that we moved after closing. When entering, there were no directions where we were sitting, and we were really unrecognized, so I asked a patron standing next to me where/how to order what she was friendly enough to explain the process to us. When it was our turn to order, I somehow got the feeling that the Lord was either rushed or annoyed behind the counter, because the answers he asked us about the questions we asked were very hurried and so we just let ourselves on a pepper chocolate to facilitate his job. We didn't get instructions where we got our drinks, we had to find out. I will say that when our pizza came, it was hot and very tasty. The ingredients were fresh, and the crust was really good. Even at the time we arrived, there were still some people to big families in the restaurant, but we were still able to find a quiet place to sit while we caught. As soon as the restaurant closed, we moved to the outside area to finish the conversation, and the only problem I had with the outside was that one of the back tables had not been cleaned and had a lot of leftovers of food, and animals were overcrowded because of food. Now I'm not sure who has the responsibility to clean this area (patron or server), but still he should have been cleaned before closing. Will perhaps try to visit again how the experience was?t terrible, customer service was simply not the best, but the pizza was really good."

"My wife and I were craving bagels. New Garden Bagels sold out so we decided to try Bruegger?s. Overall we were really disappointed. We didn?t know where to order because there wasn?t any type of signage designating order and pickup. My wife ordered the last jalapeño cheddar bagel and the employee dropped half of it on the floor. She didn?t even apologize or offer us anything. She just asked her if she wanted a different type of bagel, so she had to settle for one of the few types they had left. Once we ordered, we had no clue where to stand or if we were supposed to sit at our table. The employee forgot to cut my bagel before she wrapped it, so she thought it was a good idea to cut it while it was wrapped in their waxy paper. This made a pretty big mess of my sandwich (pictured). The bagels weren?t very good. It tasted like mediocre fast food. We do not plan to return to Bruegger?s."
