Great food ! Great service no wait time on pick up. Will order from again. ?

Very good, not great but very good.Food came quickly and was crispy and hot.The ambience is just mediocre. Price is fair.Service is friendly but seemed a little understaffed. I could have used a table touch a few minutes into my meal. Chuck came quickly and the food had decent flavors.Over all it was good!

Terrific tasty food and thankfully many gluten-free options! Amazing Cantonese style food that all four of us enjoyed. Karen gave us some great suggestions. It will be our go to the next time we visit Kamloops.

Ordered a starter and main meal just as a bus load of guests arrived!!!! We waited 30 minutes for our starter while the bus load were already on their second course!!! We complained at this time!!! Within 1 minute our starter and then 30 seconds later our main course arrived! Really!!!! Anyway I started to eat my chicken curry which was supposed to be spicy(not) but that was the least of my worries!! Two larger pieces of chicken that I had to cut to eat were uncooked! Pink!!! I should have complained then but decided to eat on! Investigating every piece of chicken as I went! Really happy meal!!!!?? As we were eating a waitress came to ask how we were getting on and I showed her the uncooked chicken pieces! I have watched many tv cooking programmes over the years and know when chicken is cooked and not!!! It was a matter of agree to disagree I m afraid! So in the end has to go down as the worst meal that I ve experienced in the last 40 years and I ve been in some really tacky places over these years! Staff were useless and amateur in their business and when I didn’t tip they had the audacity to bring back the 5 cents that I overpaid!!! Well at least I should be okay health wise in the morning!!!! ????

Moon Wok was a short walk from our hotel during our stopover in Kamloops so we went there for a late lunch/early dinner. The restaurant has good atmosphere and the staff very friendly and helpful. We ordered quite a few dishes and every one was well cooked, with fresh ingredients and delicious. The portions were also huge and of good value.
