I continue to be amazed at how a pizza by the slice place can serve such unimpressive slices. I personally watched them reheat mine, and yet it still managed to be cold fresh out of the oven. It was overproofed, undersauced, and the cheese congealed before the guy behind the counter could even muster a weak smile and tell me to enjoy.
