Restaurant was very short staffed ... only 2 servers on the floor. Appetizer (mozzarella sticks) came out cool, and then both our entrees (burgers) bordered on cold. Felt like the food had been precooked and attempted to be warmed up before serving. Had not been to a Hooters in a while, and, based on this experience, will not trturn. read more.
