The food here was outstanding. We were in town to celebrate our anniversary, and could not have picked a better restaurant. The place was very busy yet service did not suffer because of it. I will visit again on all my future trips to VEGAS- and highly recommended that you do as well View all feedback.

While the fish was of high quality, it had a leftover taste as if it was prepared hours before. Considering the restaurant is on the expensive side, I expected better. It seems like they are trying to cut corners and rush out orders rather than focusing on cooking fresh food real-time. View all feedback.
Amazing, fresh sushi and sashimi and more! Uncluttered sophistication decor and service is stellar. Iron Chef does it perfectly.
I stopped here for dinner on the last night of my latest Vegas adventureIt was definitely worth the wait.
HmmmmI have been following chef Morimoto since his early Iron Chef days.
The restaurant was quiet and warm and cozy and festive with Christmas decorations. We came there to have dinner and see the fireworks, and finally we watched fireworks directly from the window, where we ate, which was perfect. The cream brulé was out of this world ????
We really enjoyed the music and the food. The staff was very accommodating.
