We had a late meal upon our arrival to Méribel and found the sharing of plates at Tsaretta to be just what we needed to keep our holidays rolling. I had a savory duck salad with confit dressed in a hoisin-rich sauce paired with a distinctly out-of-season, yet perfect rosé, L'Après Plage. Others shared the fantastic pizza and pork noodles. despite a helpful and polite waitress, this place must improve. the pizza was also the worse than the frozen super market quality, not a good super market. bland, eatable. one of our party had rice, and even that was dry and overcooked. only the noodles. were edible. I hope they find a real cook. a true disappointment, as we often came a few years ago. read more.
