Open Table did not give the restaurant our reservation and so they were not expecting us, but were wonderful to accommodate us on a fully booked, busy Saturday evening. CAREFUL!! When we arrived at the oystercatcher they had no notification or knowledge of our booking. When I showed them your e mail confirmation they said that this situation was happening frequently. They did find us a table but service was extremely slow, for which they continually apologised for. I am unlikely to use your booking service again read more.
