"I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"Warning.Sneaking in a 3.5% use of credit card surcharge is an insult to consumers. No doubt this establishment uses credit to run its business. So why penalize your customers? Do all your suppliers charge you 3.5% when selling to you?Deceptive? Just look at the receipt. BIG BOLD PRINT called TOTAL. Then the sneaky, smaller little line below it which is the REAL TOTAL. Inspecting my card account showed the higher amount was charged.Scanning the previous reviews, this upcharging has been noted before and the business has chosen to not do anything about it.The receipt will be sent to the Idaho Attorney General for review.WARNING: Their website has been hacked and is a risk to your computer."

"Full disclosure: I attended The Empanada Club as part of a Yelp Elite event in which I was given two free empanadas. This review is not in any way influenced by free products, however. Additionally my friends and I purchased a dessert and their meals while we were there so we also financially did support the business. Our experience of the food is true to any visit of the restaurant. The service here is beyond kind. I hadn't ever been to this restaurant so I had questions about the empanadas and the employees were patient and so friendly as they chatted with me. As for the empanadas themselves, I got the vegan one, which is vegetables in a coconut curry sauce. I don't love coconut so I wasn't predisposed to like it, which was unfortunate. That's one minor problem with this restaurant: the menu is incredibly limited, especially for vegetarians, so if you have any taste preferences or dietary restrictions you might not find anything you like on the menu. I didn't like the vegan empanada, but that was due to not liking the filling. My friend got the chicken, which had a nice, moist filling, but she thought the addition of the boiled eggs inside was strange. None of the other empanadas ad appealed to her, though, so she chose that one. My other friend got the original, with ground beef, onions, and the same boiled eggs. She said it had lots of flavor but again, thought the eggs were weird. However, they are obviously a traditional part of the filling so we accept that as part of the meal. We just wish they had more options available for people to try. Instead of being fried like traditional empanadas, the versions here are baked. That makes them much healthier but not as crispy and flaky as the deep fried kind. I have to say, I wished they were fried. If I'm going to eat something in a butter crust with a rich filling, I'd rather go all the way and have it fried. I think these would be outstanding that way. However, they do make them nice and as crispy as I think they can be in the way they bake them. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and open. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to find. I will come back and hope that maybe I can find a great treat here. I can say that the prices are fairly reasonable. You will pay about the same as a meal at Subway plus you're supporting an awesome local business. I felt like all the ingredients used were high quality and they were making everything fresh. They also did an excellent job in keeping the atmosphere in the restaurant feeling welcoming, so it's a great place to try."

"Normally I’d send it back, but my girlfriend doesn’t like to complain; she’s just said we won't go back. But since we spent almost $60 for two plates of halibut that wouldn’t measure up to one serving in any other restaurant, I have to say something. Our waitress was an amazing, super nice person; this isn't her fault, but $27 for a piece of halibut that equaled four bites; I’d likened it to the size of a McDonald's hash brown patty, only not quite as thick. I thought they were joking, or maybe they thought we were splitting a meal. But when the bill came, it reflected two orders. I say, charge $10-$15 more and give me a decent portion. We all understand things are going up in cost. On top of that, one little scoop of mashed potatoes and a small serving of killed asparagus. If you’re going to skimp on fish, at least compensate with potatoes and veg. The appetizer was great, and the bread pudding…best I’ve ever had. We ordered bc we were still hungry after our small meal. But the meal, the jewel of the evening, fell very short; on top of all that, it wasn't as hot as it should have been, I sent in an email first, but no response. There are several choices in town, we won't consider this again."

"Ordered catering delivery and they were great! Everyone thought the food was delicious, it was well priced, delivered hot and right on time. Kersten was very helpful getting the order set up. Definitely will consider ordering again for other parties"
